All orders are made to order.
Please allow 2–5 business days for production before your item ships.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by:
- Shipping carriers
- Customs processing (for international orders)
- High volume periods (holidays, launches, etc.)
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Lost or Stolen Packages
We want your order to reach you safely and smoothly.
If your tracking shows your package has been delivered but you can't locate it, please check with neighbors, household members, or any secure delivery locations around your property. Carriers occasionally mark packages as delivered up to 48 hours before they actually arrive.
If you still can't locate your order after 48 hours, please email contact@spiritualdrifter.com with your order number and we'll gladly help you investigate the issue.
While we cannot guarantee replacement or reimbursement for packages marked as delivered by the carrier, we'll always do our best to help you track down your shipment and find a solution whenever possible.
International Orders
International customers may be subject to customs fees, duties, or taxes.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
